Samsung Omnia levels with  iPhone 3G

Another phone that is set for rivalry against apple iPhone that runs an OS of Windows mobile 6.1 is the Samsung Omnia, ladies sand gentlemen, it does look like the iPhone in certain ways since it doesn’t have any keypad installed and is fully touch screen however, and an optical mouse is included for an easy way of navigating the phone.

As released in the market last august, people who wants an iphone will have another thing to consider since the new Samsung Omnia almost acts and feel the same as the apple phone. Just like the apple 3g phone, it comes in two variants — one having

The 8GB internal memory and the other having 16Gb which is also the choices for the new iphone. However, we cannot much compare it to the apple phone’s screen since this one has a bit smaller display but the accelerometer feature is present so that when you rotate your phone, the picture goes along with it as you take the phone in a landscape form as well as the video. The omnia also has a nice display as it looks like a windows vista GUI. You won’t be left out on the connectivity as well as it has a v2 Bluetooth, USB connection and for your unlimited internet access, wi-Fi feature is also available.

Although the stylus is not present for the phone which you might have a hard time tapping the screen if you have big hands, it’s still user friendly. nice camera quality with 5 mega pixel and it’s a good phone for students and office people alike since it has a Microsoft office software installed so you can see your files on word or other types. and the good side about it? it is much cheaper than the iphone 3g itself.
